Financial Market and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange through EIS. We are happy to inform you
about the change in our systems which will help you to
register for online trading with great ease.
Prerequisites for an Existing Trader with EIS
The customer should have the following:
A Valid Trading Client ID
A duly completed Online trading application form
signed on all pages.
Prerequisites to become a New
Trader with EIS
The customer should have the following
A Share Trading investment account with Emirates
Bank International.
A Brokerage account with Emirates International
Securities
A duly completed Trade agreement (terms &
conditions) form signed on all pages with Emirates
International Securities
A Valid Trading Client ID
A duly completed Online trading application form
signed on all pages.
Opening a Share Trading Investment account
Traders (Individual or Company) should first open an
investment account at any of the branches of
Emirates Bank International.
After opening the
Bank investment account, customers may apply for the
online banking service from Emirates Bank
International that enables customers to view their
bank account statements online and it also offers
other services through <http://www.emiratesbank.ae/banknet>.
Opening a Brokerage account
Traders should also open the brokerage account with
Emirates International Securities (EIS). The Account
opening document required for this purpose can be
obtained from any of the branches of Emirates Bank
International and can be forwarded to the same
Emirates Bank branch in which the Investment account
was opened. A Trading client ID is given to the
customers after opening the brokerage account.
Following documents are required to open a Brokerage
account for Share Trading Purposes:
For Individual
Copy of the New Investment Number (NIN)
obtained from DFM/ADSM
Copy of UAE national family book / national
book (Khulasat Qayd) and passport, for UAE
nationals
Copy of passport with Visa page for non
nationals
A secondary identification such as driving
license
Copy of Telephone / Electricity Bill to
establish accuracy of the address of Permanent
Residence (applicable to all non residents
including clients in KSA)

If the company is a branch of a foreign company
- all above documents and a power of attorney in
favor of a person who is authorized to open &
operate the account in Dubai all of which have been
noted and attested by the UAE embassy of the
country, where the company is domiciled.
Ebroker Registration (Online Trading)
Customers can apply for online trading by
signing the online trading application (e-broker
trading agreement). Please
click here to download the
online trading application or customers may obtain
the application from any of the EIS branches.
EIS requires the original completed application
signed by the client in order to process the online
trading request. Faxes or photocopies will not be
accepted.
The completed application may be delivered to

On receipt of the same, EIS will register the
customer for online trading and traders will be
notified their username via sms and password via
email within 4 days.
A customer service representative from EIS will
contact customers residing outside UAE to provide
the User ID and password will be sent to their
registered email.
Once the customer receives his username and
password, he / she should contact EIS at +9714 316
0260 to activate his account. Upon activation of the
account the client will be able to reset his / her
password.

Who can register for Ebroker?

I am customer residing outside UAE, how I
would be receiving my user ID and Password?
- A customer service representative from EIS will
contact customers residing outside UAE to provide
the User ID and password will be sent to their
registered email.
Ebroker User ID and Password
What is a User ID?
- Every User in Ebroker is identified by a User ID.
The user ID is a unique name chosen by the customer,
which can only be used by that customer. No one else
in Ebroker can use the same User ID. The user ID is
not Case Sensitive, and cannot be less than 6 or
more than 14 characters. You cannot use spaces or
special characters to set the User ID.
How should I set my Password? - The password lets you access Ebroker services.
It is very important to remember your password.
Things to remember about your password:
- The password is case sensitive
- The password cannot be less than 8 and more than
14 characters
- The password cannot be same as the user ID
- The password must be alphanumeric
- The password should not contain special characters
- Do not share your password with anyone
- Choose a password that you can only know and no
one can guess
Please note: If you have forgotten the password, EIS
will not be able to give you the same password. EIS
keeps no record of customer passwords.

If I forgot my password, what should I do?
- If you forgot your password or if you require
any changes in your password, please contact EIS at

How many attempts do I have if I key in the
wrong password? - Each user has 3 attempts to enter the correct
password. The system keeps track of number of wrong
attempts till the customer enters the correct
password.
What should I do if I cannot solve my sign in
issues? - If you are facing problems logging in and
cannot solve them yourself. Please call our helpdesk

If I dont receive the email after applying
