Emirates NBD,
the largest banking group in the region in terms of
assets proudly announces its sponsorship of the Second
International Conference Sport Versus Crime, organized
by the Dubai Police and took place from November 9th to
12th, at the Dubai Police Officers Club in the presence
of officials and experts from more than 25 countries.

Second International
Conference Sport Versus Crime is aimed at analyzing the
application of the outcomes of his Excellency Sheikh
Hamdan Bin Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoom's program for
sports and physical fitness. It also enhances the Police
Force’s protective crime combating skills by activating
sports as a necessary social and human activity in this
field. It helps increase police performance during the
confrontation of crimes by establishing new horizons
through several channels, including physical activities
represented by various sports. Moreover, it presents
pedagogical and sportive models in facing up to crimes
through the point of view of scientists, researchers,
and professionals from different areas of crime science,
police science and sports using both international and
local standards.
